About the Author

Pastor and retired chaplain, William Blosch holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in church leadership. His doctoral work was developing a ministry to forced-terminated pastors. After retiring from the Army in 2000, Blosch reentered the civilian pastorate in the Florida Baptist Convention. It was during this period that he encountered the most difficult period of ministry that he and his family experienced. Those experiences were the well from which the events and ministry proposed in this book sprung. Since leaving his first pastorate after retirement from the chaplaincy, Blosch is currently pastoring a growing, multi-cultural church in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Blosch and his wife Connie reside in Plantation, Florida with their two sons, David and Joseph.

About the Book

In this book, Dr. William Blosch deals with the tough questions as to why and how we should care for hurting pastors and their families who have been forced from their ministries.

There is an epidemic silently spreading across the churches of America, and most are completely unaware of its existence. This epidemic of pastoral forced-terminations often leaves pastors and their families devastated and scarred.

This book gives a clear biblical response to pastoral forced- terminations and provides hope and assurance to those affected by it. Instead of reexamining the problem, Blosch offers a solution. This book challenges the reader with a plan and vision for ministry so that the church can glorify Christ by caring for His anointed servants. It dares to tread outside the box.
